楽しく学んでいただくために、いくつかお願いがあります。
• レッスンの録画・録音は禁止（違約金 1万円）
• キャンセルについて
- 前日までのご連絡：無料で変更・キャンセル可能
- 当日のキャンセル：レッスン料金の全額（またはチケット1回分）をいただきます
ご理解ください
• レッスン開始から15分を過ぎてもご連絡がない場合、当日キャンセル扱いとなります。
• 回数チケットはご本人様のみ有効です。譲渡はできません。
• 体験レッスンはお一人様1回限りです。
Policies (Your Cooperation is Appreciated)
- Please refrain from recording or audio/video taping lessons. (A fee of 10,000 JPY will apply in case of violation.)
- Cancellations: - Up to the day before the lesson: Free rescheduling or cancellation - Same-day cancellation: Full lesson fee (or one lesson ticket) will be charged
Thank you for your understanding
- If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes after the lesson start time, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
- Lesson tickets are valid only for the purchaser and cannot be transferred.
- Trial lessons are limited to one per person.
